Not only that, the decision to choose IBA was also based on the fact that it nurtures and grooms young talents for future leadership. MBA has played a vital role in my professional grooming as I have a technical background. Pursuing MBA at IBA has helped me develop management skills along with the right kind of professional attitude. I have had a vast experience of leading teams having individuals of different backgrounds on my previous job. This experience has helped me gain knowledge about handling teams and individuals in different situations. I was also a part of my company’s team which represented our company at the annual HSE conference held by the local distribution body. I would like to see myself at a leadership position in 5 years where I shall be leading a brand reach greater heights and utilizing my skills and knowledge for my personal and professional growth.
