One always aspires to get the best, it is human nature. Hence I chose IBA, one of the finest institutes in Pakistan, to pursue my Masters degree. Doing my MBA after gaining two years of work experience helped me being more interactive during class lectures where I could share my professional experience with others and also learn from other students' professional experiences. Working at State Bank of Pakistan, I secured 2nd position in the induction training module at National Institute of Banking and Finance, streamlined many cumbersome and time consuming processes in the department, and worked towards elimination of redundant work in the department. I would want to work for an organization where I can continuously learn and develop myself and contribute to the growth of the organization with my knowledge and hard work.
