Graduating with an Engineering degree in Electronics was one of the greatest achievements of my life, it opened new horizons and increased my learning curve. Soon after I graduated, I got a chance to work in Information Technology sector. I have almost 5 years of pre-MBA experience. When I was working for Mobilink Operations and leading the team of 50 people, I realized that stepping up the ladder and having a bird view requires a professional degree preferably an MBA. I was convinced that in order to attain my career goal of a business leader, I need to develop effective and efficient decision making skills and there is no better platform for me than IBA with its finely developed curriculum. IBA has a history of producing some of the best professionals working around the globe and upon joining IBA, I realize why we are the best among the rest and what made us stand out ahead of others that are competing at the same level. The rigorous curriculum and meeting strict deadlines was exhausting at times but gave us a flavor of real life challenges that awaits us in the corporate world. My earlier professional experience and with my stretch at IBA has composed me to take up the challenges of the corporate environment and deliver the goods. I have transformed my analytical and critical thinking skills to an extent that it would help me in performing strategic rolls and build my career upon the same. IBA has always been a benchmark for me and during my stay on campus I realized that apart of my academics, I have modified my social interactive skills which in itself entails an element of self-confidence. I am seeking a career-oriented position in a challenging environment, providing opportunities for growth and advancement, where I can utilize my education and extensive experience towards becoming a valuable team member. I am looking forward to pursue my career in the field of sales and/or supply chain management.
