PERSONAL STATEMENT
After completing my engineering from NED university, I joined ASG 
metals LTD in January 2012 and started working as project Engineer 
there we with the help of our team was able to install and commission 
the steel mill project in 8 month which was due in 10 months due to our 
on time completion of the project I was promoted to the position of 
Technical Support engineer , To pursue a more challenging career path I 
joined Haseen Habib Trading PVT LTD in April 2013 as Design and 
Sales Engineer the job role involved B2B selling and project executions 
for industrial giants Like Unilever, P&G, PPL, National foods, QICT , 
Mari gas and other industrial groups. After 2 successful years I knew 
that in order to broaden my skill set and for meaningful development I 
joined the MBA program in 2014.
The MBA program helped me to attain the soft skill required in the 
professional world additionally the MBA degree gave me a holistic 
picture of the business and now the frame of reference in which I look at 
the business has widen up. One very important part of the whole 
program was the fact that there were students from different 
backgrounds thus giving you diverse opinions about the issues we face 
and secondly all of us had professional experience so we are able to 
related theory with practical in real time in our class which elevated our 
learning curve. The project we choose to do is the renaissance of an NGO 
IET which focuses on integrated human Development. This project has 
made interact with people from all the walk of life especially the people 
at the bottom of the pyramid and has given us insight that business 
administration even more important for the Social sector organizations 
but surpluses are the key for survival in the competitive world.
My engineering Degree with professional experience and now with an 
MBA degree I feel myself to be a better person academically and 
professionally that could be leveraged in steering the course of the 
organization forward this diverse educational background will enable 
me to effectively in cross departmental organization collaboratively.
Finally I feel myself to be charged and fit to join an organization which 
offers a strategic position that could be used for organization and my 
personal growth.
