After acquiring relevant professional qualification, I got the opportunity to work with some of the highly experienced professionals which gave me a great head start. My experience began with some of the basic stuff, but the level of responsibilities and the complexities of work increased with the passage of time. I realized that in order to progress, excel and benefit from professional development, I needed to enhance my knowledge, polish my skill-set and improve my understanding related to diverse areas. I chose IBA because it was my dream to study in this highly prestigious, reputable and premier business school of Pakistan. The MBA program of IBA provides a complete package of knowledge and skills that are a requisite in today’s corporate world. The program has enabled me to learn the traits of being a good and effective manager. It also allowed me to get a diversified knowledge which helped me to broaden my horizon. The MBA classrooms are full of students from unique backgrounds having experience of various sectors. The learning here is not restricted to what you attain from the lectures, but IBA also encourages students to learn from each other’s experience. I further got the chance to go on various study trips to Turkey, Dubai, China and Malaysia which allowed me to learn about the practical applicability of the knowledge attained in the classrooms from the top-executives working in the world renowned organizations. After completing my qualification from here, I feel that I am well-prepared to tackle the challenges that await me. I envision to work for an organization which would provide me a challenging environment where I can apply my knowledge to its best use and at the same time improve my practical experience for the mutual benefit of the organization and myself.
