Following the field of telecommunication, studying it in my graduation and working over four years in renowned telecom companies has given me great insight to the technical world. I have worked at different levels during the professional tenure; have provided technical support to customers at one end where as handling projects at the other. Although I have handled both roles with great command and ease, I find management a more interesting and challenging task. With this aspiration to improve my managerial skills and business acumen, I joined IBA's MBA program. This institute did not disappoint me at all. From sleepless nights from the very first semester to managing various events at the MBA club, the institute has improved my team management skills and my ability to deal with pressure situations and deadlines.
