Completing my Bachelors in Business Administration degree in 2011 from one of Pakistan’s premier Business School (IBA) provided me with a comprehensive set of skills and diverse expertise in fields of Business, Marketing and Sales. After graduation I joined the Indus Motor Company (Toyota Pakistan), where I was deputed as an Area Sales Manager in the Sales Department. Here, under guidance from my supervisors, I went through rigorous trainings and handling number of projects and responsibilities. My job role required extensive and thorough analysis and application of concepts of traditional marketing and sales in line with the ‘Toyota Way of Sales and Marketing’ (TWSM). After nearly three successful years it became apparent to me that in order to develop and grow professionally, I needed to broaden my skill-set, deepen my knowledge and understanding further. This led me back to IBA for a MBA degree. IBA MBA program provided me an extra-ordinary opportunity to acquire exposure to top notch faculty, student body, facilities, research materials, and industry linkages along with broadening my horizons through interactions with a consortium of finest students, teachers and professionals of Pakistan; and exploring the wealth of experience possessed by them. The program has helped me to further hone my management skills and specialize further in the field of Marketing and Sales which would be helpful throughout my career. As a graduate from the best business school of the country, I consider myself well prepared for the challenges that await me. I envision myself to be a part of the organization where I will be provided with a challenging position related to Sales or Marketing which will allow me to demonstrate my leadership skills and teamwork capabilities to contribute towards the learning and growth of self, team and company.
