SYED SAAD UL HASAN CONTACT DETAILS ELECTIVES • Sales Management • Brand Management/Retailing • Dynamics Of Distribution & Logistics • Supply Chain Management SKILLS & INTERESTS • Sales and Negotiation • Business Development • Team Management PERSONAL STATEMENT After completing Electronics engineering, I began working as a Manager Machine department for Comfort textile mills. During this time, I was propitious to enjoy a great deal of exposure not only in machining but also in production, inventory and account management. Within a short time span. I was given a managerial position at the company which gave me the additional responsibility to develop more business and to bring in the clients like Sana Safinaz, Khaadi, Al- Karam textile, Shabbir textile, Needle Impression etc. That was the time as an engineer I found myself inventive, I successfully managed to change their clientele especially for their embroidery department, and planned to get all the management skills-set from the most prestigious business school of Pakistan, IBA. “I started as a Machinist, ended as a Seller” I am among those two graduates of IBA who have completed their MBA in 1.5 years (having non BBA background) from our batch of spring 2015, it exhibits one of my great learning from the environment and insti- tute is Time Management, I always have planned and completed my projects well ahead of schedule. “When there is a will, there is a way” The IBA MBA Program has been an enriching learning experience. One of best lesson I derived from my MBA journey at IBA is why companies exists? Companies exist not to make money but to satisfy the needs and wants of their customers, and by satisfying them fairly, profit starts increasing. By customers I mean people, it is people who invent, manage, launch and market your product, it is people whom you hire and fire, it is people who sell and buy your product. I believe in order to get the success in this life and here after we first need to understand the people who are made up of emotion, feelings, thoughts, ideas, motivation, resilience, negativity, pessi- mism etc. I envision myself to be part of an organization where I will be provided with the challenges which will let me utilize my skills in understanding and maintaining good relations with people. I am enthusiastically looking forward to pursue my career in Sales & Distribution and Business Development of National and Multina- tional organization which provides performance based growth and offer more challenging opportunities.
