After completing my Bachelors of Engineering from a prestigious University (NED), I started utilizing my Engineering skills by working as a technical trainer for Electronics. During that tenure I was fortunate to enjoy a great deal of exposure in engaging with Industrial trainings of the professionals as well as trainings to the trainees who were willing to take vocational training exams from City & Guilds- a global leader in skills development U.K. Besides conducting training sessions I also worked as a team lead and next to the Head of the Department to manage the departmental activities that further inoculated an interest in me to learn and experience the management skills along with refining of my Engineering skills. Furthermore I got exquisite opportunities to work with the international organizations to develop learning resources for their professionals and trainings to those highly skilled professionals like Coca Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited and Germany-Pakistan Training Initiative as well as for European Union projects, named Funds for Innovative Trainings. Working on such kind of Mega projects my interest towards Management boosted-up. Doing MBA from IBA has driven by the prospect of learning and furnishing my managerial skills, set by the esteemed faculty of NED as well as my Mentors at my job. I felt a need that in order to benefit myself from a meaningful and worthy professional development, I needed to broaden my skills, deepen my knowledge related to management and further comprehend what would go around and how different functions contribute to sustainable and well established businesses. This led me to the route of IBA. MBA also enabled me to appreciate diversity by valuing difference of opinions coming from different professionals belonging to the diversified industrial segments. Now, with an MBA degree I aspire to become a Supply Chain and Marketing professional in an organization where I can contribute with my Managerial as well as with my Engineering skills and knowledge towards sustainable growth. My work ethics, dedication, innovative thinking and leadership abilities will be my greatest strengths that can enable me to prosper with the system of a healthy growth-oriented organization as they did in my previous job.
