PERSONAL STATEMENT
To be successful in today’s world, one to be equipped with knowledge, experience, as well as ambition. These three tools might not be sufficient for success, but they surely are essential towards that goal. Experience comes with time. However, gaining knowledge is totally up to us. Now, the problem here is that there are already endless things to learn and new knowledge is being added to it every day. So, one has to constantly update oneself to stay at par with the fast paced world. Thus, my goal to further my knowledge by pursuing a Master’s degree was in tandem with my understanding of the world.
I started my professional career in in 2010, I worked on many different assignments related to HR and Finance. I was involved in the Recruitment of new Accounts and Sales team moreover I also completed the task of recovery of bad debts of around 8 million Rupees in my last job tenure. In summers 2015 I also completed internship in PepsiCo international Head Office Lahore in their HR department.
Being a career Oriented and passionate lady I wanted to update my knowledge and skills in my relevant field that’s the reason I decided to go for MBA from IBA Karachi as it is a leading university of Pakistan. I feel proud to be called as IBIAN. I am encouraged that my decision of doing MBA from IBA Karachi will be valuable for my future career and achieving my goals.
