Education is most powerful weapon which can be used to change the world. And life gives opportunities to few people to acquire knowledge from best in class Educational Institutions. I have planned to acquire my Masters degree from some reputed University in Pakistan and this is basic reason I have chosen IBA for my professional degree of MBA. I am qualified MBA from IBA with major in HR and Marketing and IBA has imparted many skills and competencies in me. MBA program has helped me in multi dimensional perspective to inculcate professionalism and many skills like interpersonal skills, stress management, and foremost work under strict deadlines. I have worked in diverse teams in different courses and all learning provided me with people management skills and case based study always helped me to sharpen my analytical skills. Experiential Learning MBA Project with Hashwani group for their new Business Wholesome foods have enhanced my professionalism and helped me to implicate my research knowledge to practically in field of business. Prior to MBA, I worked at Banking and Financial Sector of Pakistan and served at United Bank Limited as Trade Officer for two years and received degree of Junior Associate-ship from Institute of Bankers of Pakistan (JAIBP) during my job. Working under a strict control of regulator for import, export and foreign remittance have helped me to comply with standard operating procedures of State Bank of Pakistan. During my job I received employee of month award due to recovery of heavy amount of exporter from regulator which was stuck from many year. During BBA (Hons.), I got top position in my batch and received gold medal from Vice Chancellor. So I have multi-dimensional knowledge of all three major areas i.e. Finance, Marketing and Human Resource Management. Finally, Intelligence plus character –that is goal of true education. That’s what I got from my professional experience and from education. My career objective is to continually increase my knowledge and inculcate them to renowned organization to apply my maximum potential and learning for betterment of society.
