I started my career as an Instrument Engineer in National Reznery Limited after graduating in Electronics Engineering from NUST. I was promoted to Lead Engineer at the end of probationary period and worked in China with EPCC for 2 years as NRL Lead Instrument Engineer in Reznery Up-gradation project.
After initial three years in purely technical role. I moved to a more management oriented role of evaluating projects based on the company's strategic direction. I currently work as maintenance lead and as project engineer in NRL. My current major role is to draft bid documents looking at technical aspects ,contractual parts and project schedules and then move on to monitoring the project progress once it is in execution phase.
I now aim to move to a more analytical role where I can add value to the organization using the experience and skills I have acquired over the years.
