The authors have referred to the Data Bank of World Bank to fetch the data of important variables from the years 1976 to 2018. As the title suggests, the study aims to \nd out the impact of Domestic and Foreign Investments on the Current Account of Pakistan. Given that Pakistan is going through an economic turmoil, our study will throw some interesting results and will give logic to see if the steps taken by government are feasible or not. For example, as Pakistan is facing a huge CAD right now, our study will indicate whether the government should attract FDI to curtail the gap or it should work on its own infrastructure and capital stocks (domestic investment) to push our economy out of this trap.
