• Financial Model - Engro Powergen Qadirpur Ltd: Made an end-to-end financial model on the company assigned by the instructor.
• The Central Bank of Pakistan in Islamic Framework: Consistent with the Islamic ideals of social justice, equity, fairness and balance, there are three major objectives in an Islamic economy, which discards interest. These objectives are: 1. Stability in the value of money, 2. Economic well-being with full employment and optimum rate of economic growth; and 3. Distributive justice. Furthermore, the main objective of the project was to conduct research on how the State Bank of Pakistan can carry on with their operations in a Sharia compliant method. This can have a multiplier effect in the economy and though it might be a stretch for now, but the main objective would be to come up with a solution to somehow omit interest from the economy. Our motive was to have a practical approach towards this topic and to somehow apply it to Pakistani economy. One of the main purposes of the central bank is that it is the lender of last resort for commercial banks. However, this means that it also performs the same function for Islamic banks but inevitably in a Sharia compliant way. We wanted to converge them and see the applicability of sharia compliant central bank in Pakistan and what would it take to reach there.
• Financial regulation of markets survey on Nestle, Natsol and Nemir Resins Ltd.: Analyzed the Financial Ratios and Proposed Financial solutions.
• Financial management survey on Fauji Cement: Analyzed Company Ratios, Dividend Policy, and Capital Structure.
• Management accounting survey on Atlas Honda: Analyzed the Manufacturing Process and Financial Statements. Prepared Department wise Costing Connected to the Manufacturing Process.
• Business finance survey on Byco Petroleum: Formulated a Sales Forecast for 5 Years and Determined the Nature of their Current Investment.
• Financial Risk Management: Made Risk Management models on Market Risk, Credit Risk & Liquidity Risk
