Breaking down sales tax refund discrepancies, equaling PKR 8 million for the Tax Year 2017, to individual vendors. Followed up with the vendors to identify the reasons for the discrepancies to draft a reply for the show cause notice sent by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Calculated the budgeted personnel costs, amounting to PKR 98 million for the year 2021, to hire 62 employees for a new business unit to be launched. Contributed to preparation of the annual budget for the company for the year 2021.
17 Aug 2020 - 13 Sep 2020	Fauji Fertilizer	Finance Intern
Aided my manager in end-to-end delivery of medical reimbursements to over 100 employees amounting to 1 million. Processed payments over PKR 10 million to contractual employees in line with third party agreements. Drafted a comprehensive summary of the budget utilized for the year and presented it to the Head Office. Expanded my skillset through SAP software and database management system training.
7 Jul 2020 - 16 Aug 2020	Habib Bank Limited	Consumer Banking Intern
Developed a credit risk model for individual loans to assess the risk grade and risk score which will eventually help to decide if a loan should be extended or not and presented it to Executives. Rectified errors and missing data and streamlined physical and digital records for around 50 loan applications. Successfully resolved issues for over 25 bank account holders related to their salaries and pensions.
