Observed the outliers and performed pre-processing on the data. Used different classifiers to predict trends and patterns using jupyter notebook. • Predicting & Reducing Retention Rate: Identified the factors of high attrition rate for an organization by creating dashboards on Power BI to identify patterns. Addressing the variables with the most impact which were obtained by using different models on python and creating decision tree on Knime. Gave pointers on what changes can be made to reduce retention rate from marketing knowledge. • Digital Marketing Project: Build a website using Wordpress and elementor for E-Resource Center. Ran a two weeks successful social media marketing campaign and increasing followers, likes and dislikes by over 100%. • Why Telco Customer Churn: Performed wrangling on dataset using jupyter notebook and saved the cleaned dataset on csv files. Created dashboard on Power BI using the cleaned data set and highlighted the patterns that answered why the customers are churning and provided solutions how to reduce/avoid it. • Accessibility and Usability of E-Government Websites: The purpose of this research paper was take a sample of 5 Pakistani e-Government websites and then to perform usability testing using Nielsen's ten heuristic point and accessibility testing using analysis tools on the basis of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WGAG 2.0) to improve the usefulness of e-Government Websites in Pakistan.
