Brands are set to spend up to $15 billion on influencer marketing by 2022, per Insider Intelligence. Every social platform attracts influencers to some degree, but Instagram is the gold standard for the group. Nearly four in five (79%) brands predominantly tap Instagram for influencer campaigns, compared with Facebook (46%), YouTube (36%), Twitter (24%), and LinkedIn (12%), per Influencer Marketing Hub. Putting these things in perspective, I, along with my group members conducted the following market research to study the impact of influencer based advertisements on purchase decisions of students. Financial Ratio Analysis and CAGR Calculation of Kohinoor Textile Mills Ltd: A report on the Financial Ratios including Liquidity Ratios, Asset Management Ratios, Debt Management Ratios, Profitability Ratios, Market Value Ratios, Solvency Ratios as well as a detailed analysis of the future outlook (2018-2022) of Kohinoor Mills Ltd in the textile sector National Foods Ltd: Motivation at the Workplace: This report provides a general overview of the HR system of national foods and mainly focuses on the motivational factors of the company’s employees. It provides an insight on how the intrinsic and extrinsic factors affect an employee of National Food’s motivation to come to work everyday and in what ways can a company create motivation at the workplace. Project B: “Content Writing for KE’s performance management Framework.” • Wrote the content for the five organization values of KE by observing KE’s culture and work ethic. • The Content was approved by my manager and was uploaded to the performance management framework on KE’s online portal. Project C: “Compilation of Learning Needs Assessment of KE’s employees.” • The inhouse learning department of KE is responsible for its employees' continuous and timely personal development. I successfully compiled all those needs for the fiscal year 2019- 2020 and got the file approved by my manager. • Compiled the data from all departments at KE and conducted data analysis on the identified needs. • Successfully created and analyzed the budget for the various needs.
