Marketing Audit and Report on Yayvo.com: In this report, I, along with two other team members, interviewed the Brand Manager of Yayvo.com and analyzed the effectiveness of
Yayvo’s brand positioning, product placement, marketing strategies, and campaigns. We conducted a deep-researched competitor analysis and compared the market positions of Yayvo with those of its most prominent competitors such as Daraz.pk. We also conducted a BCG Matrix analysis for Yayvo to determine which product category in its portfolio was a cash cow.
Retail Audit of SLICE.: Working as a member of a team, I was able to conduct a retail audit of SLICE. We analyzed the success of sales and on-sight promotional impact (posters, and gondolas) through visiting LMTs, IMTs and kiryana stores. We analyzed the availability, prices, position of SKUs of slice in these retail store categories.
Product Portfolio and New Product Development Cycle of Abbot Pakistan: In this report, we worked as a team to evaluate and analyze the evolution of product portfolio at Abbot Pakistan. We also analyzed the new product development cycle: its reasons and factors that cause hindrances. We interviewed Heads of Marketing and Product Development departments and figured out the impact of laws, regulations, cost, and exchange rate fluctuations on strategic and corporate decisions of Abbott regarding its product portfolio.
Organization's Structure- NBP: In this report, we looked at the organizational structure at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). We interviewed members of Senior Management at NBP. The interviews and management provided us sufficient details and guidelines to identify and focus on a problem in NBP's organizational framework. We analyzed in detail the identified problem, created a case, and provided possible solutions to the problem that was identified.
