The project aimed to model the housing prices of Miami from the data of the year 2016. The data set included multiple variables ranging from Average area, distance to highway, distance to the near railway station etc. The data also included longitudes and latitudes for each entry which were used to extract zip codes by reverse geocoding. Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Optimization of WonderTree: For the course of Digital Marketing, our team worked with WonderTree.co, an organisation that aims to serve the education sector as well as B2B sector through their AR technology, to enhance their digital marketing in two key organic marketing areas: 1) Search Engine Optimization and 2) Social Media Marketing. 1) Through keyword analysis using SEMrush, and keyword mapping tools, we optimized their blogs using YoastSEO tool on WordPress, added alt attributes, as well as optimized product pages. 2) Prepared a Social Media Campaign based on the International Day of Disabled Persons, along with digital assets and content.
