Miami Housing Prices: Prediction for Efficiency: Housing prices are essential in gauging the Real estate value which constitutes a major chunk of investments. The project aimed to
model the housing prices of Miami from the data of the year 2016. The data set included multiple variables ranging from Average area, distance to highway, distance to the near
railway station etc. The data also included longitudes and latitudes for each entry which were used to extract zip codes by reverse geocoding. Using R and Excel to conduct Stepwise
