Marketing Audit for KHAADI: Undertook detailed research and identified the company’s standing in the market, target customers, competitors, pricing strategy, distribution strategy,
promotional strategy and the brand’s go-to-market strategy. Conducted over 150 surveys on sales, customer satisfaction and product quality. Areas such as data collection, data
analysis, research report compilation, etc. were practically learnt.
Mimicry in Consumption Behavior: Undertook quantitative and qualitative research to identify and analyze the variables inducing mimicry. Conducted semi structured interviews
followed by thematic and SPSS data analysis.
HR Audit for Dolmen Group: Conducted in-depth research to identify the current HR practices which included recruitment, talent development, policies, training, performance
compensation and benefits. Practices were reviewed to find loopholes; recommendations were made accordingly.
Financial Ratio Analysis of PSO: Analyzed the asset, liabilities and inventory management systems of PSO. The overall financial performance of the company based on annual financial
reports were interpreted.
Netnography (Pakwheels): Gathered and analyzed 12 months of interactions taking place on an online car forum to understand the implicit and explicit meanings consumers
associate with different car brands and types. Thematic and text analysis was carried out and the findings were presented in the form of a report.
Screencast Videography (Foodpanda): Gathered and analyzed dynamic datasets (screencasts) of 10 participants to understand consumer decision journey when shopping online.
Critical incident analysis was carried out followed by data analysis to identify clear approach and avoidance consequences in the digital experience. Recommendations were
compiled in the form of report.
Brand Audit (Dawaai.pk): Brand inventory and exploratory was carried out to produce a winning positioning for Dawaai and a basic digital first communication strategy to execute the
positioning along with recommendations.
