Screencast Videography (Foodpanda): Gathered and analyzed dynamic datasets (screencasts) of 10 participants to understand consumer decision journey when shopping online. Critical incident analysis was carried out followed by data analysis to identify clear approach and avoidance consequences in the digital experience.
