The report was marked 25/25 by class instructor. Ufone - Case Study: This case study was written to highlight how U-fone is catering the marketing issues in Pakistan. The case was based on marketing research where our team conducted interview from the marketing manager of Ufone and analyze their target audience, major issues of decreasing sales, and competition. Moreover, the report covers the future goals and sustainability of Ufone network and our recommendations about how they can meet their challenges and customer expectation based on our primary and secondary research.
