Loan Prediction based on Consumer Behavior: The main aim of this project is to gain valuable insights from available data of
customer profiles, analyze various metrics to estimate credit risk, using that information to price loans and imporve profitability. the
problem statement was to minimize risk of possible loan defaulters for loan products by analyzing the historic customer behavior and
setting threshold according to the risk factor associated with that behavior
Employee Empowerment and its relation to job satisfaction: Through this paper we aimed to discover the employee empowerment
practices being observed in organizations in Pakistan and how this helped workers gain job satisfaction. We used HRSG as our
organization to conduct primary research and used secondary data too to validate it.
