In groups of four, we had to conduct netnography on a consumption item. We chose the project to be about the fears, myths and misconceptions about tampon usage. We chose reddit as our platform to conduct netnography and held an immersion journal for 6 weeks to gather and write down our findings. We then performed coding to organize our findings and wrote down a final report on it. Hellmann's Marketing Campaign: For our marketing issues in Pakistan course, we were assigned to make a marketing campaign for a brand, for which we chose Hellmann's. We identified teh challenges faced by the company ancame up with solutions to counter them. We researched about the global and local practices of the company and came up with possible collaborations and other ways that the company could market itself successfully. Analysis of DWP's retail mix: For our retailing course, we worked on Digital world Pakistan's retail mix. We conducted a few interviews, visited the stores of Gree and Ecostar, and observed their retail mix. We were given the highest marks for our term report. Industry Analysis of Habitt: Four our Managerial Policy course, we worked on the industry analysis of Habitt Pakistan. We conduced several interviews with their marketing and supply chain head, to understand the nature of the company and its competitors. This was an interesting project since the furniture industry in Pakistan is fragmented and unorganised, making it difficult for Habitt to have any direct competitors. For this project, we were appreciated by sir in the class since our industry analysis report was detailed and informative.
