Hellmann's Brand Management Final Report: For the entirety of the semester, we worked on the project which centred around finding
out the reason behind the low sales of Hellmann's mayonnaise in the pakistani market and how to improve it. This included doing
primary research by visiting around 25 stores, focus group, interviews, surveys as well secondary research. There was extensive
research on each competitor brand to determine the reasons of their success or lack thereof and understanding what exactly the
consumers are looking for when making a purchase. A neuro marketing experiment was also done. The final presentation included the
Unilever Hellmann's ABM as well who greatly appreciated the work and suggestions that were put forth.
