Human Centered Design: Worked as a group to identify and propose solutions to problems in public space design within the context
of a public library. Conducted primary and secondary research to identify problem clusters and formulate solutions. The solution was
presented in the form of a prototype design targeting the problem of outreach and space activation.
Attachment Seminar: Conducted a student lead seminar on the topic of understanding challenges in old-age through Attachment
theory focusing on bereavement and dementia. Included preparing exercises, discussions, handouts and presentations to facilitate
learning for the class
Qualitative Research on Academic Performance: Conducted qualitative research, through in-depth interviews on, college students' academic performance and perceptions of parental involvement. Presented a detailed literature review to premise the need for this
research and proposed practical implications based on insights driven from thematic analysis of the interviews.
Critique of Job-Fit theory: Presented a critique of Holland's Job-fit personality assessment theory, based on real world job demands
and evaluation of human personality. Offered alternative views on utilizing personality in recruitment based on the concept of
diversity and needs of the team. As well as presented alternatives to the theory based on concepts of training and development.
Proposed a method to test the alternatives with a preliminary design of experimental and longitudinal studies.
Final year Thesis on Communication and Individual differences based on Attachment: Conducting a Quantitative study on perceptions
of communication and individual differences in the parent-child dyad, from the perspective of young adults. Combining two
theoretical frameworks and proposing a new mediation model to be tested through regression analysis.
