MAJOR TERM PAPERS / RESEARCH WORK / PROJECTS
Activating Public Libraries: A Case Study of Liaquat Memorial Library: We utilized a human-centered design approach to study a
public library in Karachi. The goal was to observe how the library as a space was being used by visitors, which helped us identify the
major challenges faced by users. Data was primarily collected through in-person interviews and surveys. A comprehensive 40-page
report was prepared that included background information and key findings. Based on the findings, we proposed a prototype that
would improve user experience.
Policy Paper on Affordable Housing: Wrote a 2000-word policy paper on the housing issue in Karachi and provided recommendations
for affordable housing based on in-depth secondary research.
