developed for Canderel based on brand brief received from IBL Health Care, after conducting extensive market research using
surveys and interviews from consumers and doctors to develop growth strategies with unique creatives that were pitched to the
brand manager
Case Study - Road to GEM Board – the BlueEX IPO: As part of Business Finance course, a case study was written on IPO journey of
BlueEX to the GEM Board and for that multiple interviews were conducted of senior staff at Topline Securities along with in-depth
financial analysis of BlueEX to write a case study which has now been published by Dr. Sana Tauseef.
Digital Transformation in Operations - Siemens & Novartis: As part of Operations Management course, offices of Siemens and
Novartis were visited to understand how digital transformation has allowed these companies to improve their operations, with
the help of interviews we were able to see how organizations can benefit from digital adoption as it leads to increased efficiency and
effectiveness while saving time and money. A report was compiled based on all our key takeaways.
SkiBig3 - The Plan Ahead: As part of the Corporate Strategy course, a group was formed on X-Culture with individuals from around
the world and were presented with a brief to work on. SkiBig3 is a Canada based skiing company that was looking into expanding to
new markets, with the help of market research through surveys and interviews we selected new markets to be targeted and
formulated customized marketing campaigns along with creatives for those markets. Our report was presented to the company
executives.
Wearsome - Digital Marketing Consultancy : As part of the Digital Marketing course, digital marketing consultancy services were
offered to brands, we worked with a brand by the name of Wearsome which is a B2B apparel brand that was looking to shift to B2
market. We presented our digital marketing plan which involved complete social media handles, its strategies, creatives, budgeting,
influencers to work with and social media post templates.
Shan - Value Chain, Channels and Forecasting Analysis: As part of Sales Management course, visited Shan factory and distributor
centres to conduct interviews from company executives to gain in-depth knowledge of sales structure and its workings, from
hierarchy to logistics to demand and capacity planning for different SKUs.
Forge - Launch of an E-Commerce Business: As part of the E-Commerce course, our own scented candle brand was launched on
Instagram, Facebook and Daraz. It was an amazing learning opportunity as it involved sourcing products, designing its packaging,
product testing, working with logistics partners for delivery, social media management and devising paid campaign strategies,
making amazing creatives and working with influencers to generate growth.
