As a marketplace trainee at Bazaar, my role focuses heavily on data and stakeholder management. With a heavy focus on engagement
campaigns on the app, I collaborate and work closely with various teams such as commercials and brands to carry out various
campaigns of discounting, visibility, luckydraws etc. Using excel, moengage, mixpanel, notion and looker studio, i create various
dashboards and reports that provide insightful perspectives on campaigns and business performance that empowers my team to make
informed and data backed decisions.

As a part of the Product team, my focus was on improving and streamlining the consumer experience on the Zaraye App. While doing
daily tasks like creating PRDs for new features, I also focused on designing user flows of new features, eg app flow for purchases,
purchase returns, sales, sales returns, payments, etc. I also mananged and created user stories on a daily basis to help streamline the
process product revamp and to communicate better with the engineering team. Testing the back-end system and user app was one of
my daily tasks, including reporting and fixing any errors or bugs by aligning with the engineering team. DEsgining wireflows and
wireframes for new app and backend features was also one of the main tasks done.
