Interest Rates and What Is Their Role in Valuation: The topic that we chose for our Term Report is “Interest Rates and What Is Their
Role in Valuation”. Our curiosity behind choosing this topic is very obvious from its importance in financial world as well as in our
daily life. The ordinary understanding of what interest rates are, is of immense importance in a person’s life to take financial decision
wisely. If we look at the economy, we will find that interest rates are among the most closely observed variables. Any movements of
interest rates are reported almost on a daily basis by the news broadcasting because they immediately impact our daily lives and
ultimately have important consequences for the health of the economy. They impact one’s personal decisions such as whether to
spend or save, whether to purchase a house, and whether to purchase bonds or to finance funds into a savings account. Fundamentally
the interest rates have an effect on the monetary decisions of businesses and households, such as whether to make use of their funds
to invest in new machinery for factories or to keep their pay in a bank.
Mask Me: The spread of the deadly virus, COVID 19, had lead the world to adapt a new living style which included, work from home,
