It does so by emphasizing institutional and economic factors, as well as by striking a balance between growth and stability, that influence FDI inflows into these areas. The analysis is based on 15 nations, five of which are significant economies from each area, and spans more than 20 years, from 2000 to 2022. The Ordinary Least Square technique is the method utilized to control the effects of political instability, corruption, and labor force on our dependent variable, FDI inflows, while also evaluating the quality of institutional and economic variables.
