This research paper formulated and estimated a unified model that investigates the role of digital nativity, institutional trust, and family authority structures on FinTech adoption intentions in three generations (Gen Z, Millennials, and Gen X) in Karachi, Pakistan. A cross-sectional survey design was employed, with data being collected among the citizens of 196 urban Karachi aged between 18- 65 years using stratified random sampling. The validated measures of the adoption intentions of FinTech, Sharia-compliant, knowledge of security, digital nativity, and religious orientation, institutional trust, family financial authority, and feature preferences. The moderation effects were tested with the use of hierarchical multiple regression, the indirect paths were analyzed through bootstrap mediation analysis, and the preferences of generational features were evaluated using MANOVA, and demographic factors were controlled. Digital nativity was significant in mediating the security knowledge-adoption relationship (R 2 change =.028, p =.019) and the interaction terms showed positive values, meaning that digitally fluent users transform security awareness into
